Position: Service Technician
Salary Range: Commensurate with

Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Experience and/or Certifications with Petroleum equipment
from Gilbarco, OPW, Veeder Root, Verifone, Marley Pump,
Tuthill, etc.
- Experience with Service and/or Installation of Petroleum
Equipment.
- Experience with Troubleshooting and Diagnostic Methods.
- Experience with Customer Service and Paperwork
Completion.
- Experience with Truck Inventory management.
- Experience with Computers and Microsoft Office programs.
- Experience with Internet usage, Online Technical Research
and Email.
- Proficiency with Computer Usage and Repair.
- Organized, Punctual, Self-Motivated and Productive.
- Energetic, Focused, Professional and Persistent.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Experience with Service and/or
Installation of Petroleum Equipment.
- Experience with Troubleshooting and
Diagnostic Methods.
- Experience with Customer Service and
Paperwork Completion.
- Experience with Truck Inventory
management.
- Proficiency with Computer Usage and
Repair.
- Organized, Punctual, Self-Motivated and

Preferred Education:
- Associates or Bachelors Degree in
Computers, Systems, Business and/or Operations.
- Certification in Gilbarco Petroleum
Equipment and Software (G-Site).
- Certification in Verifone Equipment and
Software (Ruby).
- Certification in Veeder Root Equipment and
Software.
Required Education:
- High School Diploma or GED.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to Service Calls as Assigned by
Dispatcher and/or Service Manager.
- Perform Service Calls and Preventive
Maintenance Visits for Customers.
- Troubleshoot and Diagnose Customer
Equipment Efficiently and Profitably.
- Complete All Required Paperwork for Work
Order Billing.
- Closeout Service Calls with Appropriate
Vendor and/or Customer.
- Communicate with Dispatcher, Service
Manager and Office Staff via Radio.
- Request Purchase Orders for Work Order
Completion.
- Work with Service Billing to accelerate
Invoice creation.
- Create Stock Requests for Truck Inventory
Replenishment and Work Order Completion.
- Maintain an Organized Truck Stock.
- Perform Physical Inventory Count upon
Request by Management.
- Maintain Appearance and Operation of
Company Vehicle.
- Return Parts Cores and Complete
Appropriate RGA Documents.
- Maintain a Current/Updated Understanding
of Parts and Systems.
- Available to be On-Call and to provide
Quick Response to On-Call Pages.
- Coordinate Service Calls with Dispatcher.
- Reports to Service Manager.
