Registration

1.       Part of the class will be web based. Students will be completing modules in class then testing on line. They will still have the hands-on training that has always been provided. This will require students to have laptops or computers that are capable of Internet access. We have high speed Internet available at the training center, so the laptops will need to meet that requirement. For Gilbarco, Veeder-Root and Gasboy classes, the laptops need serial communication. Either a serial port or port replicator should work.

2.       Prices: As you have probably noticed our prices have increased. They have been increased to reflect the costs that are charged to us by the Gilbarco, Veeder-Root, Red Jacket training department. We have been assured that this will benefit everyone involved

3.        Registration: Due to the fact that the students will be testing on line there may be several registration changes. We will need to fill out several forms for the students to get web I.D.s and Passwords. Please contact me as quickly as possible so we can get that process started.

WHO MAY ATTEND – Technicians employed by Gilbarco/Veeder-Root, Authorized Service Contractors (ASCs), and Customer Specified Contractors, (CSCs). Other technicians may attend with District Sales Manager and Area Service Manager approval. Call if you are not sure of your status.

HOW TO REGISTER

1. Complete registration form.
2. Ensure prerequisites are fulfilled.
3. Include tuition.
4. Mail to the training address.

COURSE AVAILABILITY – If a course is full or postponed, you will be contacted by the Training Department. We need a minimum of 3 students to present a class!

CANCELLATION POLICY – The Training Department must be notified, and will notify companies of students, at least two weeks in advance of the course to receive a refund of tuition and cannot be held responsible for penalties incurred by airline ticket cancellation or schedule changes.
