Position: Parts/Warehouse/Counter Sales Clerk

Salary Range: Commensurate with Experience and is Negotiable

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Experience with Petroleum equipment from Gilbarco, OPW, Veeder Root, Verifone, Marley Pump, Tuthill, etc.
• Experience with Counter Sales, Warehouse and/or Stock Room management.
• Experience with Shipping and Receiving.
• Experience with Purchasing and Inventory management.
• Experience with Computers and Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience with Internet usage and Email.
• Proficiency with computers.
• Organized, Punctual, Self-Motivated and Self-Managed.
• Energetic, Focused, Professional and Persistent.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Experience with Counter Sales, Warehouse, Stock Room, Shipping/Receiving, Purchasing and/or Inventory management.

• Associates or Bachelors Degree in Business, Sales, or Operations.

Required Education:

Job Responsibilities:

• Counter Sales of Parts to Customers.
• Taking Phone Orders and Phone Inquiries from Customers.
• Shipping Orders to Customers.
• Processing Customer Transactions.
• Processing Service and Installation Stock Requests.
• Transferring Parts to other Warehouse.
• Issuing and Receiving of Purchasing Orders.
• Shipping and Receiving of Warranty and Core Returns.
• Operating Forklift and Managing Warehouse space and security.
• Reports to Parts Manager.
