Position: Dispatcher

Salary Range: Commensurate with Experience and is Negotiable

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Experience with Petroleum equipment from Gilbarco, OPW, Veeder Root, Verifone, Marley Pump, Tuthill, etc.
• Experience with Dispatching Service Technicians and Trucks.
• Experience with Customer Service and Call management.
• Experience with Scheduling and Preventive Maintenance Planning.
• Experience with Computers and Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience with Internet usage and Email.
• Proficiency with computers.
• Organized, Punctual, Self-Motivated and Self-Managed.
• Energetic, Assertive, Focused and Persistent.

Required Education:

• High School Diploma or GED.

Job Responsibilities:

• Take Service Request Calls from Customers.
• Entry of Work Orders, Problem Codes and Work Completion Codes.
• Schedule Service Calls and Preventive Maintenance Visits.
• Process submitted Work Orders in Preparation for Service Billing.
• Compile and Collect Work Orders and Supplemental Paperwork.
• Communicate with Technicians via Radio.
• Review Purchase Orders and Receiving for Work Order Completion.
• Work with Service Billing to accelerate Invoice creation.
• Coordinate Service Technicians.
• Reports to Service Manager.
